At METAPOD, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality products. This Warranty & Disclaimer Policy outlines the terms under which warranty is provided and the limitations of liability.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Some products sold by METAPOD may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be explicitly mentioned on the product page.
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation, misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing.
- Electrical surges, accidents, fire, water damage, or natural disasters.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
- To raise a claim, customers must:
- Notify our support team within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order details).
- Submit clear photographs/videos showing the defect.
- METAPOD reserves the right to verify claims before approving.
- If approved, the product will be:
- Repaired or replaced (subject to availability), or
- A partial/full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Warranty Limitations
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Shipping costs (to and from service center) are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
- In case of replacement, the warranty continues only for the remaining period of the original product warranty.
4. No Warranty Products
- Certain categories, such as PCBs, Spare Parts, and some EV components, are non-warranty products due to their technical and consumable nature.
- This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- METAPOD makes no other warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated.
- We disclaim any responsibility for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Loss of business, profits, or data due to product malfunction.
- Customer errors in installation, handling, or usage.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the product purchased.
6. Third-Party Products
- Some items may be sourced from third-party manufacturers. In such cases, warranty coverage (if any) will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
- METAPOD shall not be responsible for warranty claims beyond the scope defined by the original manufacturer.
7. Governing Law
- This Warranty & Disclaimer Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
