Cancellation Policy

At METAPOD, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, once an order is placed, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Cancellation by METAPOD
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
- Technical/pricing errors on the website.
- Suspicion of fraudulent transaction.
- In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable Items
- Certain categories like Spare Parts, PCBs, Electrical & EV Components are strictly non-cancellable & non-returnable once purchased.
- Such conditions will always be clearly mentioned on the product page.
4. Refund Process (in case of valid cancellation)
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Refund timelines depend on the bank/payment provider.
5. Modification of Orders
- Currently, modification of placed orders (e.g., change in address, product, quantity) is not supported. Customers must cancel (if eligible) and place a new order.
