Refund Policy

At METAPOD, we strive to deliver only genuine, high-quality, and fully tested products to our customers. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined our Refund and Return Policy in compliance with applicable laws of India.

 1. Non-Returnable Products

Most of our products, including Welding Machines, Spare Parts, PCBs, and EV Components, fall under the non-returnable category.
This is because:

• Technical/electronic items cannot be reused once installed or tampered with.
• Safety and quality standards do not allow resale of used or installed parts.
• To protect customers from receiving used/altered items, these products cannot be returned once delivered.

Therefore, once delivered and accepted by the customer, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed for these categories.

 2. Exceptions – Eligible for Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following rare cases:

1. Wrong Product Delivered(different from what was ordered).
2. Transit Damage(if the product arrives in a physically damaged condition).
3. Manufacturing Defect/Dead on Arrival (DOA)— must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof.

If these conditions are met:

• Customer must notify us at support@metapod.co.inwithin 24 hours of delivery.
• Product must remain unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact.
• Once verified, we will arrange replacement or issue refund as per case.

 3. Refund Process

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working daysto the original payment method.
• In case of replacement requests, shipping charges will be borne by METAPOD only if it is a verified mistake/damage from our side.
• For all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

 4. No Refund/Return in the Following Cases

• Product falls under non-returnable category(majority of our catalogue).
• Issues due to incorrect usage, improper handling, or installationby customer/technician.
• Product reported after 24 hoursof delivery for defects/damage.
• Normal wear & tear, minor scratches, or performance issues due to external factors like power fluctuations.

 5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelledafter they are shipped.
• If order is cancelled before dispatch, full refund will be issued (processing time: 5–7 working days).

 6. Legal Disclaimer

• METAPOD reserves the full right to accept or rejectrefund/replacement claims after verification.
• By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
• This policy is governed under the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.
