1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
- For international orders, please contact our support team for feasibility and shipping costs.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time & Tracking
- Standard delivery timelines: 3–7 working days within India (may vary depending on location, product type, or courier delays).
- Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
5. Risk of Loss/Damage
- All shipments are packed securely.
- In case of damage/loss during transit, customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video & photographs.
- Once delivered, the responsibility of the product passes to the customer.
6. Delivery Delays
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (strikes, weather, courier issues, government restrictions).
- METAPOD is not liable for delays but will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect Address/Non-Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- METAPOD is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
