  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We deliver across India via trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the logistics provider.
  1. Return, Refund & Replacement
  • Many of our products fall under the Non-Returnable category(e.g., Spare Parts, PCBs, Electrical/Electronic Components).
  • For eligible products, return/replacement is only accepted if:
  • The item is damaged in transit,
  • The wrong product is delivered, or
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
    • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, supported with unboxing video & photographs.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working daysvia the original payment method.

  • Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be clearly mentioned in the product listing.
  • Warranty claims must follow the respective manufacturer’s terms.
  • METAPOD does not provide warranty where not explicitly mentioned.
