Refund Policy

At METAPOD, we strive to deliver only genuine, high-quality, and fully tested products to our customers. To maintain transparency and fairness, this Refund and Return Policy is outlined in compliance with applicable laws of India.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Most of our products, including Welding Machines, Spare Parts, PCBs, and EV Components, fall under the non-returnable category.

This is because:

• Technical or electronic items cannot be reused once installed or tampered with.
• Safety and quality standards do not allow resale of used or installed parts.
• To protect customers from receiving used or altered items, these products cannot be returned once delivered.

Once delivered and accepted by the customer, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed for these categories.

2. Exceptions – Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered, different from what was ordered.
• Transit damage, if the product arrives in a physically damaged condition.
• Manufacturing defect or dead on arrival, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

If these conditions are met:

• Customer must notify us at support@metapod.co.in within 24 hours of delivery.
• Product must remain unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

In case of replacement requests, shipping charges will be borne by METAPOD only if the issue is a verified mistake or damage from our side.

In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. No Refund or Return in the Following Cases

• Product falls under the non-returnable category.
• Issues caused due to incorrect usage, improper handling, or installation by customer or technician.
• Product reported after 24 hours of delivery for defects or damage.
• Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or performance issues due to external factors such as power fluctuations.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. Refund processing time in such cases is 5 to 7 working days.

6. Legal Disclaimer

METAPOD reserves the full right to accept or reject refund or replacement claims after verification.

By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees to this Refund and Return Policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
