WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER POLICY

At METAPOD®, we are committed to providing reliable industrial products and dependable customer support. This Warranty & Disclaimer Policy outlines the scope of warranty coverage, claim procedures, and limitations applicable to products sold through METAPOD®.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Certain products sold by METAPOD® may carry a manufacturer’s warranty or product-specific warranty, wherever expressly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

Warranty coverage is limited solely to manufacturing defects occurring under normal and intended operating conditions.

Warranty support may include:

✔ Technical Assistance

✔ Repair Support

✔ Replacement of defective parts

✔ Product Replacement, subject to availability

✔ Other appropriate resolutions, wherever applicable

2. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To facilitate smooth processing, customers are requested to:

• Notify our support team within the applicable warranty period.

• Provide invoice or proof of purchase.

• Share photographs, videos, or supporting information showing the issue.

• Cooperate with technical troubleshooting procedures wherever necessary.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by METAPOD® or the respective manufacturer.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranty shall not apply to defects or damages resulting from:

• Improper installation or usage

• Physical damage or mishandling

• Burnt or damaged components

• Voltage fluctuations or electrical surges

• Water, moisture, corrosion, or fire

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper storage or transportation

• Accidents, negligence, or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Consumable components

4. NON-WARRANTY PRODUCTS

Due to their technical and application-specific nature, certain products may not carry any warranty.

• Electronic Components

• PCBs

• Spare Parts

• Consumables and Accessories

Wherever applicable, product-specific warranty status shall be mentioned in the product description or invoice.

5. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty benefits are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

In case of replacement, the warranty period shall continue only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

Shipping, courier, installation, removal, inspection, or transportation expenses may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Some products offered by METAPOD® are sourced from reputed third-party manufacturers.

Where manufacturer warranty is applicable, claims shall be governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

METAPOD® shall provide reasonable assistance but shall not be responsible beyond the warranty scope offered by the manufacturer.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

METAPOD® makes no representations or warranties other than those expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, METAPOD® shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Business interruption or downtime

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Data loss

• Loss arising from improper installation or operation

• Incompatibility with customer systems

• Customer handling errors or negligence

Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of the concerned product.

8. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for verifying:

✔ Product specifications

Improper selection, unsuitable application, or incompatibility shall not by itself constitute a manufacturing defect.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Warranty & Disclaimer Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of warranty claims, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
