5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India via trusted logistics partners.

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the logistics provider.

6. Return, Refund & Replacement

• Many of our products fall under the Non-Returnable category, including Spare Parts, PCBs, and Electrical/Electronic Components.

• For eligible products, return or replacement is accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged in transit,

  • The wrong product is delivered, or

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, supported with unboxing video and photographs.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

7. Warranty

• Warranty claims must be made strictly as per the respective manufacturer’s terms.
